Taigen Panther F in work.

So turret is pritty much where I want it Paint wise. now to dust/mud..




But before that I started on the lower parts . Just was to remove a few Tools and such, but got carried away..

the 'PE' side Board is from Ludwigs' modelbau

Removed some tools and 'putty'd the holes. Made small support strips and Glued on a few PE fenders. ( with damage) Made a few track track hanger pins.
And removed a pc of sideboard on one side.

Some Wheel work

While I wait for my head to figure out how I want the upper deck and turret to look ( weathering vice ) I started on the Wheels . Light wash's and predust and mud.

Using water thinned AK Dust , and air from the AB I 'blow' the dust arround on the Wheel













'buffing the washes



Adding oil streaks

Placing a good drop of mig/ak/ammo Oil in one corner of center Wheel.




grab the Axel With my pliers, and 'spinn the whell as good as I can

Clark TK-60 Board. With 'homemade' panther sounds will be used
my second PDSGB gearbox have arrived , and installed .
Done some work on the Wheels

In with new



Drilling was the tricky part

felt it was time to get some mud color on this puppy .

Made up a 'slush' oil bath ( Oil + thinner ) for the pigments to settle into. Slabbing it onto the hull, follow by dabbing in several pigments colors into the wet mix.








Once 'so so' happy with the color, I sealed it with AK's ultra varnish.

after letting it dry I went back and fort with a short stiff brush and a few producst from Wilder and Ammo to make some splatter effects

lay down a slushy layer



follow with your fav. pigment colors






give it a doze of varnish

and then it was time to play With some Oils











Also made a start on some pencil chipping .. Going to take a while .
