Customer model - Jagdpanther 1:16

Hello,

Here is a new model of client of mine.

The model provides a Jagdpanther heavy tank Battalion of 654ten dar.
Kampfgruppe Witt Moser
Vehicle 231 30/01/1945

Sergeant Hoeft, Sergeant Wodig
Eastern Area Jebsheim

Hi,
very nice model but I do notice some flaws.
1 the axe blade, it's not rusted at all although this steel quality is lesser than tank steel
2 the chains on the side holding the tracks are new.
3 the toolbox, outside is weathered, inside brand new. I would expect more damage inside as outside.

Because the model is so well build, painted and weathered these jump into my eyes. Sorry.

Hi Jan,

You need not apologize to you.

That with the ax I honestly did not know.

In the pit lid I have really dry painted discreetly, I will then
note the next time.

Even though the chains I've worked with dry pigments and painted but not rusted.

I'll remember the times when I am doing again a dirty unwashed Jagdpanther, I'll consider it.

I also had a fine line in the dirt and rust. The customer wanted it also aged with rust but not much.

But with the ax and I did not really have not thought about it at all.
